新利luck在线·(中国)有限公司官网是一所以工为主,工、理、管、经、文、法、哲、艺等多学科协调发展,以本科、研究生教育为主体,具有博士后科研流动站、博士学位授予权和硕士生推免权的多科性大学。学校是国家“中西部高校基础能力建设工程”高校,首批全国“创新创业典型经验高校”50强、湖南省“国内一流大学建设高校”(A类);湖南省文明标兵单位、湖南省依法治校示范学校。
二、经济与管理学院简介
新利luck在线·(中国)有限公司官网经济与管理学院前身为原长沙交通学院工商管理系、长沙电力学院财经系和湖南省轻工业高等专科学校管理工程系,已有65年办学历史。学院立足交通、电力、水利、轻工等行业,开展人才培养、科学研究和社会服务,已成为学科专业齐全、平台实力雄厚、办学特色鲜明、社会声誉良好的教学研究机构。
学院现设有会计学、财务管理(含智能财务方向)、金融学、国际经济与贸易、市场营销、人力资源管理、工商管理、数字经济8个本科专业,在校本科生近3000人。金融学、会计学、国际经济与贸易、市场营销4个专业为国家级一流本科专业建设点,国际经济与贸易、市场营销为湖南省特色专业;在2021年软科中国大学专业排名中,会计学、财务管理、市场营销排名A类,国际经济与贸易、人力资源管理排名B+类,金融学排名B类。
学院设有工商管理一级学科博士学位授权点及博士后流动站,设有工商管理、应用经济学、统计学、管理科学与工程4 个一级学科硕士学位授权点,以及会计硕士、金融硕士、工商管理硕士、应用统计硕士、公共管理硕士、国际商务硕士等6个专业硕士学位授权点,在校博士、硕士研究生1000余人。工商管理和应用经济学于2018年获批湖南省国内一流培育学科。学院还建有1个湖南省高校“2011协同创新中心”,1个湖南省高校科技创新团队,8个湖南省哲学社会科学重点研究基地,1个湖南省教育科学重点研究基地。
学院坚持开放办学,不断提升国际化办学水平,先后与加拿大汤姆逊大学、韩国亚洲大学、美国洛克海文大学、英国胡弗汉顿大学、法国雷恩高等商学院等高等院校建立了交流与合作关系。开办了“卓越会计师”试点班,会计ACCA方向班等特色班,会计金融中法班实施“国内3年本科+国外1.5年硕士研究生阶段”中外联合培养模式。

四、引进待遇

I. Institution Overview
Changsha University of Science & Technology is a multidisciplinary university with a center on engineering and the coordinated development of engineering, science, management, economics, literature, law, philosophy and arts, which takes undergraduate and graduate education as the mainstay, and has postdoctoral research station, doctoral degree granting and master’s degree exemption rights. The school of economics & management now has 8 undergraduate majors of accounting, financial management, finance, international economics and trade, marketing, human resource management, business administration and digital economy, with nearly 3,000 undergraduate students. Six majors of finance, accounting, international economics and trade, marketing, human resource management, and financial management are national first-class undergraduate majors. The School has doctoral degree granting right of business administration of the first-level discipline and postdoctoral research station. The School has master’s degree granting right of the first-level disciplines of business administration, applied economics, statistics, and management science and engineering, and six professional master’s degree granting right in MPAcc, MF, MBA, MAS, MPA, and MIB with more than 1,500 doctoral and master’s degree candidates now.

III. Treatment for the Recruited

(2) Full-time teachers’ remuneration is implemented according to the salary system of public institutions and the performance distribution system of the university, and the academic achievements obtained in university can enjoy the teaching and research awards provided by the university. Excellent talents with doctoral degree will be provided with a maximum settle-in allowance of 350,000 yuan and a maximum research start-up fee of 120,000 yuan, which can be applied for after joining the university, and transitional housing security is provided. After joining the university, those with outstanding performance and achievements can apply for “Hunan Scholar” special appointment positions and enjoy the corresponding treatment.
(3) Postdoctoral salary is carried out according to “university annual salary + School and supervisor support”. The university provides an annual salary of 120,000 yuan, and the School and supervisor support treatment is not capped. The academic achievements obtained in university can enjoy the teaching and research awards provided by the university and we provide transitional housing security. The postdoctoral faculty members are provided with a research start-up fee of up to 60,000 yuan and excellent postdocs are supported to be recruited in the university.
(4) Other treatment supported. The university can apply for the qualification of purchasing the first suite in Changsha for the recruited teachers, and the recruited teachers can also enjoy the relevant talent policy supported from Hunan Province and Changsha City, such as the maximum 100,000 yuan rental and living allowance and the maximum 100,000 yuan subsidy for the first house purchase in Changsha.
