On the morning of April 24th, the signing ceremony of the university-enterprise cooperation between CSUST and China Communications Construction (CCC) Road and Bridge International Co., Ltd. was held in the conference room on the sixth floor of Yuntang Campus. Representatives from the Company including Gao Cuiping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee and Chairman of the Labor Union, and Zhang Yongsheng, Minister of the Organization Department of the Party Committee and Director of the Human Resources Department, and representatives from both the South China and the East China company of Road and Bridge International Co., Ltd. including Lei Zhichao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, Chairman of the Labor Union of the South China Road and Bridge International Co., Ltd., attended the signing ceremony. And Tan Chuansheng, Vice-president of CSUST, delivered a welcome speech at the ceremony.

On behalf of CSUST, Tan expressed warm welcome to Gao and the delegation at the meeting. The representatives of the two sides held in-depth exchanges on the transformation of results, industrial development, and personnel training. After the meeting, Tan and Gao signed a strategic cooperation agreement, and held a ceremony to recognize the Road and Bridge International Co., Ltd. as the internship (training) base and graduate employment base for CSUST.

The signing of the agreement marks a new stage in the comprehensive cooperation between CSUST and China Communications Communications. Relevant person in charge from the Academic Affairs Office, the Admissions and Employment Office, the Youth League Committee, the Science and Technology Achievement Transfer and Transformation Center, the School of Transportation, the School of Civil Engineering, and the School of Economics and Management of CSUST also attended the meeting.

Before the meeting, Gao and the delegation visited the National Engineering Laboratory for Highway Maintenance Technology. And Zhang Yongsheng was appointed by CSUST as an adjunct tutor for the career development and employment guidance of CSUST students.
