On the morning of April 16, a delegation led by President Cao Yijia, Vice Presidents Tan Chuansheng and Jiang Changbo visited the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and CSUST alumni in Beijing.
In the visit to the Ministry of Transport, Vice Minister Liu Xiaoming welcomed President Cao Yijia and the delegation. President Cao introduced the development of CSUST in recent years, and Liu highly praised the progress CSUST has made. After the meeting, Cao and the delegation also visited the Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Personnel and Education and other departments in the Ministry of Transport to strengthen cooperation, listening to guidance and suggestions.
On the afternoon of April 16, President Cao and the delegation visited Power Construction Corporation of China and met with CSUST alumni Ding Yongquan, secretary of the Board of Directors, and Tang Dingqian, director of the Finance Department and Chairman of the Board of PowerChina Fund to promote the cooperation between CSUST and Power Construction Corporation of China.
On the morning of April 17, President Cao and the delegation visited China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (CRCC) to hold a discussion with CSUST alumnus Chen Fenjian, party secretary and chairman of the board of directors of CRCC, and the heads of relevant departments and units of CRCC. The two sides reached a consensus on further strengthening the cooperation between CSUST and CCRC.
On the afternoon of April 17, the delegation led by Vice Presidents Tan Chuansheng and Jiang Changbo visited Xiong'an and met with Wang Yunguo, the General Manager of China Communications Construction Corporation Xiong'an Investment Co., Ltd, and other directors to promote cooperation.
In addition, President Cao and the head of the scientific research department of CSUST visited the Ministry of Science and Technology to strengthen the establishment of the scientific and technological innovation platform. Vice President Tan Chuansheng and the head of the School of Economics and Management also visited the Central University of Finance and Economics to exchange views on the construction of disciplines.
