戴翠英,女,湖南常德人,博士,硕士生导师,副教授。于2019年在湘潭大学获得材料与科学工程专业博士学位。主讲承担过《模拟电子技术基础》、《数字电子技术基础》、《电工技术》、《电工与电子技术》、《锂离子电池技术》、《材料表面工程技术》等本科专业课程。主要从事锂离子电池电极材料变形表征及先进功能涂层/薄膜材料结构设计、制备工艺、性能评价表征工作;发展了数字图像相关技术,成功应用于金属薄膜、锂离子电池电极活性涂层等力学性能原位表征,建立了涂层关键力学参数与制备工艺的关联,总结了不同类型涂层/薄膜的失效机理。2004年以来,共发表论文22篇(其中SCI论文15篇,EI1篇),授权国家发明专利5项;主持完成湖南省教育厅和科技厅、国家自然科学基金青年项目和湖南省自然科学基金青年项目各1项。
