据Essential Science Indicators(简称ESI)2020年7月更新数据显示,新利luck在线·(中国)有限公司官网土木工程学院共有8篇论文入选ESI高被引论文,其中刘扬教授为第一作者的文章“DEBONDING DETECTION OF REINFORCED CONCRETE (RC) BEAM WITH NEAR-SURFACE MOUNTED (NSM) PRE-STRESSED CARBON FIBER REINFORCED POLYMER (CFRP) PLATES USING EMBEDDED PIEZOCERAMIC SMART AGGREGATES (SAS)”进入ESI-Hot Papers(热点论文)排行榜。本次入选的8篇ESI高被引论文中,学院作为第一署名单位有7篇论文入选,另1篇为学院重点实验室开放基金资助项目的成果。目前,正值新利luck在线·(中国)有限公司官网“双一流”建设和学科评估的关键之年,我院持续发力,连续取得重大突破。

ESI全称为基本科学指标数据库,是世界范围内普遍用以评价高校、学术机构等学术水平及影响力的重要评价指标工具之一。ESI高被引论文(Highly Cited Papers)是指最近10年内发表论文中被引用次数排在相应学科领域全球前1%以内的论文。
一流学科是高水平大学的基础,也是高水平大学的重要标志,ESI评价指标是一流大学和一流学科评价中的重要依据。目前,教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心在全国一级学科整体水平评估中,已将ESI高被引论文用于评价学科的科研学术水平,表明了ESI高被引论文在“双一流”建设中的重要性。
